The development programme has a number of strands:
London (City/West End/South Bank)
 

Acquisitions of licensed premises or new premises requiring a licence with a capacity of between 300 and 1,000 with a trading area of 350 to 750 sq. metres.

London (Suburbs)
  Acquisitions of existing licensed premises with a minimum capacity of 300 and minimum trading area of 350 sq. metres.
Towns/Cities
  Acquisitions of existing licensed premised with a minimum capacity of 350 and a minimum trading area of 400 sq. metres.
Tiger Tiger
  There are a number of major urban cities in the UK where we would consider potential sites for our major Tiger Tiger brand. The minimum size would be 1,000 sq. metres with a minimum capacity of 1,000.
